The Real Estate Market

One of the key functions that AREA was established to perform is to keep our membership and the public well informed on real estate trends and real estate related practices in the marketplace by holding regular seminars and workshops, and in the press.

In this secton we would like to provide some of the information that has been presented at some of these seminars and in these articles. This information covers reasons for buying real estate, the general real estate market, taxation of transactions, Foreign Investment regulations and so on.
